Upholstery Steam Cleans

Carpet Steam Cleans
What is the process for a thorough carpet clean?
Vacuum the carpet to remove any dry soil. Use a chemical pre spray on the carpet and allow it to soak in and loosen any dried-on soil. The pre spray is similar to washing your stained clothes. If you have stained your clothing, you are likely to soak it in a chemical to remove the stain before actually attempting to wash.
The cleaning operative will carry out a mechanical agitation which helps lift the pile up and gets everything out the carpet, only then do you steam clean and use the hot water extraction machine.

Floor Buffer/Polisher
Advantages of buffing/polishing floors.
Buffing hard floor surfaces addresses damaged and imperfections in the sealant layers protecting your floors. You may want to buff your floors instead of sanding, if the finish of the floor is looking dull or scratched.
You can also buff floors made of other materials like tile to bring back their lustre.
Dry wood floor buffing is a specialised technique to enhance the appearance and longevity of wooden floors without the need for a full sanding procedure. Instead of removing layers of wood as traditional sanding does, dry buffing focuses on the top most layer, especially the finish or sealant. Dry buffing is less invasive than full scale sanding.
